We are currently seeking an FP&A Executive for our U.S.-based global business partner, which has over 750,000 employees worldwide and more than 15,000 employees in Turkey.

This role will operate as a home-office position for candidates residing in Istanbul, and requires advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English. Candidates must be based in Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial planning and analysis functions for Turkey and regional business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling.

Analyze and report monthly results, key performance indicators (KPIs) to support monthly forecasting and the achievement of the annual plan.

Participate in month-end close processes and assist in preparing financial reports.

Conduct reconciliations and analytical reviews of various P&L accounts to maintain and strengthen financial control.

Follow up on internal and regional KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Complete monthly closing processes in accordance with the reporting calendar.

Develop dashboards and reports, including board materials, monthly financial results, and other management presentations.

Provide financial forecasting and data analysis with proven experience in analytical reporting.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in a Big 4 firm or within financial & business control, controlling, reporting, and planning functions.

Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial statement analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.

Advanced communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Proven analytical skills with the ability to forecast and report financial data accurately.

Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a diverse, multinational environment.

Candidates must be residing in Istanbul.
