When you apply for a job through this website, the personal data you provide in your application will be collected by New Hire HR İnsan Kaynakları Eğitim ve Danışmanlık LTD. ŞTİ., located at Tahtakale Mah. Saray Patı Sk. No: 1/7-7 Avcılar – Istanbul, and reachable via email at info@newhirehr.com (“Data Controller”).

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purposes of managing recruitment activities, including organizing and conducting interviews and tests, evaluating the outcomes, and performing other necessary procedures related to the hiring process. Your personal data may be shared with the relevant departments within our company solely for the purpose of evaluating your application.

New Hire HR is subject to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) regarding the processing of personal data obtained from “Candidate Employees”.

Accordingly, your personal data will be protected under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. You can access our [Personal Data Privacy and Protection Policy for Turkey] and exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by emailing info@egbilisim.com.tr.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

a) Learn whether your personal data has been processed,

b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,

c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately,

ç) Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,

d) Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

e) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of Article 7,

f) Request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

g) Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) Demand the compensation of damages in case you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

In your application to the specified email address, please include sufficient information to verify your identity and address. Applications submitted in this manner will be responded to within 30 days. If your application is rejected, if you find the response insufficient, or if your application is not answered within the legal time frame, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority within 30 days from the date you receive the response or, in any case, within 60 days from the date of your application.

If you reside in a European Union (EU) country, New Hire HR is also subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679) for individuals residing within the EU.

Your personal data will be retained by the Data Controller for the period necessary to evaluate your job application. Under both GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to access your personal data, request their deletion or erasure, restrict their processing, and exercise your right to data portability.

Your personal data will be processed under this Clarification Text if you explicitly consent, or if it is directly necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract to which you are a party, or if it is necessary for the Data Controller to fulfill its legal obligations, and based on the data you fill in through the application form.

The purpose of this clarification text is to inform you about how and for what purposes we will process your personal data, and to obtain your explicit consent accordingly.
