1 What are your values as a company?

You can follow our job postings and apply for suitable vacancies on our vacancies page. At the same time, you can fill in your information in the “General Application” field and submit your CV to ensure that your CV is evaluated for positions that may arise.
5 As a company, we need employees in some roles. How will the process go?
First of all, as a company, we would like to understand you and listen to you about the requirements of the position. After receiving the job description and competencies of the role you are looking for and the position requirements, all recruitment processes will be carried out by New Hire HR. We aim to share our suitable candidates with you in a short list and ensure the right placement for both the candidate and the company.
7 What are the methods you use in recruitment processes?
Company analysis, position analysis, competency-based interview, foreign language assessment, personality inventory if necessary, general aptitude test, case studies, technical exams, assessment center tools
9 What is the “Guarantee Process” after the contract is signed?
If the candidate we have placed leaves the job within the period specified in our contract or is terminated by the employer, we guarantee to refer a new candidate instead.

2 What are the services you provide?
We carry out the selection and placement process services for all blue-collar and white-collar positions of all the companies we partner with, together with our expert team. We also perform and report candidate evaluations with inventory and assessment center applications according to position requirements.
4 I have submitted my application. How will the process go?
After you make your application, your CV will be evaluated by our teams. If the criteria are appropriate, you will be contacted and included in the evaluation process. If your CV is not suitable, you will be pooled for different position needs.
