- First of all, as a company, we would like to understand you and listen to you about the requirements of the position. After receiving the job description and competencies of the role you are looking for and the position requirements, all recruitment processes will be carried out by New Hire HR. We aim to share our suitable candidates with you in a short list and ensure the right placement for both the candidate and the company.
- 7 What are the methods you use in recruitment processes?
- Company analysis, position analysis, competency-based interview, foreign language assessment, personality inventory if necessary, general aptitude test, case studies, technical exams, assessment center tools
- 9 What is the “Guarantee Process” after the contract is signed?
- If the candidate we have placed leaves the job within the period specified in our contract or is terminated by the employer, we guarantee to refer a new candidate instead.
